C.F. Lott Home

Named for its builder, Charles Fayette Lott, an attorney and former state senator, this Victorian gothic revival-style cottage in downtown Oroville went up in 1856. Lott's daughter, Cornelia, inherited the home and lived there with her husband, Jesse Sank, who deeded the house to the city of Oroville in his wife's honor. The house also features a coach house, gazebo, and several lovely gradens.
